Return Procedures:
  1. If you need to return or replace an item, the first step is to apply for a return authorization # at this e-mail address.   sales@tasco-safety.org   or simply fill out the form below.
  2. If you can, please include the following information:
    • Your Name
    • Order Number (if placed online)
    • Name of Product Being Returned
    • Reason for the Return
    • What you would like to do (Return another product, refund, exchange, etc.)
    • The shipping address of the item
    • Daytime Phone Number
    • E-Mail Address.
  3. We'll send you back a return authorization number within next 2 days.
  4. Simply print out the e-mail we return and/or enclose all the return information (#2 above) with the package. Then send the products to the address below. If you can enclose the invoice or a copy of the credit card slip, that will also help to speed things up.

  5. That's it. We will make the adjustment or exchange and then send the confirmation to your e-mail address. Generally refunds and exchanges are made within 2-3 business days.
